Just saw this post on Yahoo:

"Did you see the number of preferreds ?

The finance bank for a group of investors just cashed in 500. That equaled
1,000,000 shares. They still hold 8,240 preferreds.

At a 2000 to 1 rate that would put the number of outstanding at about just
shy of DOUBLE.

I was thinking of getting in but should this not be cause for caution ?
