An exercise of Simple logic..

Let me see if I get this straight.

1- DB does not want to extract the M1 diamonds.
( Because (SUPPOSEDLY) it is not in the best interest of the RSA to do it now)

2- NGS wants to get paid
(Your response # 1223 "Why should the heirs care if they are pawns? They have concluded a deal with DB and will be paid" I did not think that they were such patriots that they would keep 80M Rand buried for an indefinite time for (SUPPOSEDLY) the best interest of the RSA)

3- NGS WILL NOT get paid until DB starts their DD.

4- DB will not start their DD until they feel that timing and market conditions are suitable for their best interest.(Because according to you and your collaborators, DB's and The RSA's interests are identical - I hope not for the RSA's sake-)

CONCLUSION 1: If DB gets M1, the heirs won't get paid until .......(expression The cows come home)

CONCLUSION 2: If SUF gets M1, the heirs will get paid and M1 will be productive very quickly and start generating revenue for the RSA.

I believe that this kind (protective, monopolizing and non-competitive) of mentality exhibited by DB is a great ammunition for SUF and hope that will be helpful to Dr. Maduna to make a fair and just decision.

P.S.: misINFOMAN, please print and show this to the heirs.
