Thanks for the advice AK.

A few more questions:

1. Should we join the suit (I really don't want to give any validity to these guys but we need to look out for ourselves too)?

2. Can a group of shareholders sue this legal firm saying that they are negativelty impacting our share price and the company's ability to do their job and that this is a flagrant example of an unwarranted fishing expedition (and an example ought to be made out of these guys)? If so, how?

3. Can these guys actually win?

4. Can they possibly shutdown CAWS?

5. The way the suit is worded I see no mention of BANX. Thus, am I correct to assume they can only go after CAWS and that BANX is not a party to this suit?

6. Are there any negative implications for BANX?
7. Could the mere presence of the suit squash any forthcoming BANX agreement? (ie, could BANX use this suit as a reason to delay or cancel their relationship with CAWS?)

8. As a fellow lawyer, what do you think of these guys, their tactics, their approach here (looking for plantiffs for a case they have created) and the validity of their case?

9. Could this suit temporarily halt the trading of CAWS stock?

10. Given the nature of their claims, could/should the SEC become involved?

11. I agree they should release something Monday morning. What do you do if they don't and refuse to make comments on the advice of counsel (the stance they have taken with the BANX renegotiations)?
