Traded phone mails with Mark Wolkos (IR). Confirmed that the SEC filing is with the auditor. Expect completion soon. The auditor is Jones and Jensen in Salt Lake. To late to call them to verify but will do tommorrow. Harry dd on a small company is a contiuing process.
