Ted, there will be plenty of sellers when trading activity increases. What we should be concerned about at this time is the lack of buying activity. Ask yourself the question, if you wanted to get out could you? The obvious answer is no because there is no buying interest. This does not make it clean and tight. The stock has no liquidity. I believe management is the problem here. If you owned a company and the management team was not performing what would you do? Give them a raise of 500,000 share options or would you replace them? The current share price is a clear indication of their lack of performance.

Today was a brutal day in the markets but that does not give justification to MKD's performance. Check the chart over the past two years and you will get a clear picture.
