I would think that he already checked it out at AOL but i think that you are right (as usual). Who ever wants the email please send me a private and i will respond. I hope someone can return the favor by keeping me posted on new resolutions. I am not part of the lawyer's email list but i would love to know what is going on. BY the way i have been lurking for more than 3 months and all i can say is that KAA you have acted as a real leader. Thanks for everything and hopefully you can get some value back to CVIA, I personally do not own CVIA anymore i was fortunate enough to sell two days before the reverse still lost quite a bitof my original investment though. Howevert i will jump back in when things settle down. Pete
