Explanations: Insider selling/buying- Insiders are required to file AFTER the transaction has been done. If a rule 144 filing was posted today it means that the transaction occured 2-3 weeks ago. Technically the stock is acting very well.Keep in mind that as CYI started moving up the techs and the small(illiquid)stocks started to go down.From what I see there's a few more blocks to sell between 2 7/8-3 1/8,once they are taken out CYI will break $4.
