Update: actually if NOVL holds 22% of the installed base, then your numbers are correct, and the paper just presented it in a bit of a confusing manor. NOVL has 22/32= 69% while MSFT has 10/32= 31%, however there is 68% of the market they haven't sold any product too.

Then, holy cow!!! This is a lot of growth opportunity, and the question is how these sales will phase into the small businesses during the balance of 1998, 1999, and into the year 2000. Anyone here a software analyst???
