Ok Doc.. this product was being produced and sold. In order to go into gasoline it had to have a minimum of an EPA registration to do that. Now since then it has been modified and redesigned. New Patents have beenapplied for and EPA registration. That is what you are finding. If another modifications is discovered then another patent will be applied for and another EPA registration. Once the product reaches a certain amount of blending to the industry and approval may be required. Now that is my understanding
