Mr. Dowd, with all due respect, get real. I am an active trader and personally shy away from the hype and cheerleading for OR against stocks. I read this thread daily. I can respect the fact that people are long CPQ and want it to ascend to new heights. I also know there is a short side that also has a vested interest, so hyping it is useless.

As an investor, CPQ is not a growth stock. It reminds me of MOT. There is too much fat and the business model is week, IMHO. It's a belief of mine that computers are a commodity and it's companies like CPQ that keep DELL so successful.

Just my thoughts here. If your long, I hope it hits 40 tomorrow!
