Kevin, if ZULU "stinks" then ESVS must be added to your list correct?
Looking forward to your reply.

Open letter from Stock Detective

To whom it may concern:

Stock Detective is a publication of Axxess, Inc. I, Kevin Lichtman, am the President,
Chairman and majority shareholder of Axess, Inc.

Prior to founding Axxess, I was employed by the Investor Relations form, Continental
Capital and Equity Corp. In fact it was during this time of employment, as well as earlier
in my career in financial sercvices and publishing, that I learned, first hand, how investors
are often lured into stocks that are either too good to be true or duped by clever scam
artists.

Stock Detective has only one motivation, to educate investors of the perils of stock
investing - including securities fraud.

Our track record is impressive. Of 13 companies profiled in our "Stinky Stock" feature,
10 have declined significantly, 2 are higher than when we profiled them (although we're
still confident they stink)and one remains about the same price.

None have proven our analysis wrong by achieving the goals stated in their own hype.

I've never had any problems with the SEC or any other securities regulator or
government authority. I was never a principal or an officer of Continental.

I was a registered securities representative in the mid 1980s - during which time I never
received a complaint or a reprimand. More importantly, perhaps, I have "been to the
'belly of the beast."

My experiences in investor relations and financial publishing provided unique witness to
the seedy side of Wall Street. It was these experiences that lead me to create the Stock
Detective as well as all the free web sites available at financialweb.com.

Information can only help you become a more successful and vigilant fiduciary of your
own hard earned capital. And, sometimes the best war correspondents are ex-soldiers.

Tread lightly,

Kevin Lichtman, Publisher
