That's a pretty good post, N.O., and one I certainly agree with.....a Simula Automotive spinoff would appear to be a win-win-win all around.

Don, Sean, Brad, Randall, et al probably feel they have a full plate at the immediate time, due to moving to the new seat factory in 3 weeks. BUT....if they loaded up some options now, and completed a spinoff of the automotive products thereafter, they would make themselves (and us all) quite a lot of money....and maybe restore the $90,000,000 of shareholder market value which evaporated last year.

I have never done this myself.....what are the pros and cons of spinning off higher or lower % of ownership in the spun-off entity ???

The ultimate owners at the moment of spin-off are the same as at the moment prior. What happens next ???
