I believe the kidnapped judge had something to
do with this.

Don't laugh. the court has reversed its position in
the face of clear legal title of Mael. It's passing
strange.

CVG was named by the CIA as having a premiere role
in drug importation through Miami. Perhaps the rule
of the drug barons made the courts see the light? It
is sure affecting neighbouring Columbia's politics.
