A very cursory look indicates they have excellent search engine capabilities which would complement both IBM and Netscape capabilities. They also base their intranet on Web technologies (as does Netscape - Netscape wins hands down on this one) - IBM can take advantage of this. IBM's Lotus Notes capabilities are based on a very closed system requiring a zillion databases - Netscape and this guppy are based on open Web technologies. An excellent fit with cash rich IBM, a mediocre one with Netscape.
