Looks like I am talking to myself but just in case someone else is listening: Company is now controlled by Schuette family who also runs TMT Resources (http://www.stockgroup.com/tmt.html ). They now control in access of 30% of CRH not counting escrow shares. Company has been granted inactive status and has until Sept 98 to reorganize (I think it will be done much faster) Insiders and key shareholders have been told of pending private placement. Insiders remain net buyers of shares (#31 has an interesting buying pattern) Stock price has been run up recently to accommodate small cross trades. IMHO insiders are still accumulating between 0.70 and 0.80. DON'T BE FOOLED INTO SELLING!!! They are much to deep into it to afford to let it fall by the wayside All of the above obviously my own humble opinion. kidl PS.: For what it's worth: I also know that 1/3 of O/S shares are in reasonably friendly hands; that's in addition to what Henry controls
