I'm under the impression that the news wasn't given full coverage because the deal is not signed sealed and delivered, and/or because we are in some sort of "quiet period" while the SEC is reviewing the S-1 documents. . I also have reason to believe that we should be watching EDGAR day-by-day for SEC approval/final S-1, which would get us out of any "quiet period." . These are just my thoughts, could be wishful thinking on my part, but I hope to see us coming out of this, real soon... . Colin
