That sounds great, however has anyone received any proxy vote, or heard about a company / shareholder meeting? I haven't. And from what the analyst I know from Schwab has told me, the company has increased the value and income capabilities through mergers and are worth a lot more in {break up value} than $2.00 a share. I would hope and look for at least $3.50 to $5.00 per share after the merger and up from there. What we need now is News!!!! Just My Opinion...
