I voted for the merger, but against adding additional shares :) I think that whatever my vote is though, it's still going to go down the way the corporate bigwigs want it. Even though they will have more shares, that doesn't mean that they have to make them all available for trading do they? At this point, the merger is better than what ATCT is doing now. All the telesourcing stock prices are pretty lame in comparison with other sectors. The best one is running at around $18.00/share. Whewww boy....Who knows, maybe Thayer Capital will help snap up another lagging telesourcing company and incorporate it with the new AEGIS company creating an even larger company.
