HoTMetaL APPS ISP Power Partner alliance, Verio.

Post IPO first words...[interview with CBS MarketWatch]

"Profile: Englewood, Colo.-based Verio (VRIO) was formed to consolidate the highly fragmented Internet service provider market for small- to mid-sized businesses. So far the company has bought 36 ISPs in 50 major U.S. markets.

Notable: The company sold 5.5 million shares at $23 in its IPO, well above original expectations for a 5 million share deal at $16 to $19 each.
