Why does everybody count the restricted shares when they are doing there POG and share tally to figure out the price of share.Restricted shares are not counted until they become free , and I don't think anybody here knows for sure ,as we just saw 798,100 shares added to the float.(please correct me if I'am wrong)no problem you came to the perfect place for that.
