Without prejudice. You are taking a clobbering on the market because people who own large amounts of shares, perhaps recognize that autocratic "one horse " management is ineffective in gaining the respect of the investment community. The large number of widely held shares outstanding (dilution) is also a problem which is coming back to haunt. The people who are buying the shares now, may well sell them at $ .44 per share for a nice tidy profit. The downward cycle can start all over again. A vicious cycle that has been going on for some time now and at the shareholders expense.
Some people are technologically very adept and yet lack the people skills or management ability to grow a company in a controlled well thought out manner. The smartest thing such a person can do is bring in someone better than himself to oversee these areas. It is not enough to appoint another "yes man", who has no real control or significant vested interest. A band aid on a gaping wound is worse than nothing at all because it is a dangerous deception. Major surgery
may be uncomfortable, painful, and terrifying, but sometimes that is the only solution.
