hi nathan
I will have tomorrow a copy of the decision, but i can tell you that:: the CSJ is honest, they took the decision they thought to be the right one, and PDG or KRY are no crooks either ,its normal business, every one defending what he thinks is his right, and defending the interest of their share holders, they both fought like tigers for their companies, but unhapilly you always have a looser and a winer
that is what courts are for,to decide between litigants if they were crooks they would forge documents or stick a gun at each other,, in here there was normal litigation. no forged documents, no forged or salted samples ( brex)
you can see the same between big corporations, or the state and a company (usa-microsoft)diferent situations but the same basis : defending the right of the company to make one buck more for the company and the share holders.
I am sorry for the ones that lost money,
there are many juniors right now in problems, dont look for a scape goat or somebody to blame, or to justify
we played the game some won some lost, money is like energy it doesnt disappear it just transforms or moves some where else
lets wait for tomorrow and for sure there will be a copy on the net for every one to interprete.
