George, you are correct. Those are all SEC Form 144 filings. For those of us that subscribe to Insider Trader or similar services, we see these as they come out. What is interesting to note here is that none of the 144s were followed by Form 4s reporting actual sales (or purchases) by insiders. This means that these shareholders now have the option to sell (for 90 days) their shares but have not actually sold them. We will probably continue to see a steady stream of Form 144 filings so that these shareholders maintain their option to sell just like you or I can do with our unrestricted shares.

I have asked TSIG about these several times over the past 4 or 5 months but haven't lately. The last time I talked with Investor Relations, I was told that all of these shareholders had purchased their shares at an equivalent price of at least $1.50 per share through earlier private placements.
