Their strategy is to provide fixed cost IT services to 6 target industries on a multicountry basis where they have people resources for customer interfaces in place. They will seize tactical opportunities in Y2K,EMU but they basically are aiming at legacy system transformation as their principal thrust.Satish Sanan has a very clear vision as where he wants to take the company.
