Patrick,

Basicly expert is 2000 and above and master 2200 and above and grandmaster 2400 plus norms.

Was never rated but most of those I played were in the 1800-2500 range. Its awful playing a 2400 level player - feel like a idiot. Held my own against experts and low level masters.
