Let me preface my whole response by saying that it all falls under the "jailhouse lawyer" umbrella.
My words mean nothing legally.
1.I don't think the focus is correct. The conspiracies are directed at the tanking of a stock price, which people may be guilty of, knowingly or unknowingly.
2.The conspiracies may be directed at the inflating of a stock price, knowingly or unknowingly.
(I have touched both sides.)
3. Mork's actions seem to include criminal behavior.
4.I don't understand myself why the SEC hasn't stepped in on the other threads that you have mentioned, and on all of the posters who have made some of what I perceive to be some pretty incriminating statements.
5. I merely stated(I think) that people were "acting" stupid, not that they "were" stupid.
If it came to court and the "bad" happened, then at that time, YOU (in the plural sense) would probably say to yourself, "boy, was I stupid"
