Did anyone notice that GNNX will not be issuing more stock to complete the acquisition, that means no further dilution. Actually Don Logan will be giving up his own personal stock to complete the acquisition, its highly unusual for this to occur, how often have you heard of an officer of any publicly traded company giving up their personal stock to help build the company?,

This just confirms my belief in GNNX, we have a winner here people and kudos to you Mr. Logan, it seems that you are all that you let on to be.
GNNX has done more over the past two quarters to build the company then it did when it was called Hollywood Showcase, I could even attribute this positive progress to GNNX's association with Dutch Associates.

I would encourage investors to put a call into GNNX in support of Mr. Logans recent actions, I know I will be.
