You can short anything listed, as long as you follow the UPtick rule. If you want I'll recommend a Canadian Broker for you if you need. Usually short accounts require a larger asset or cash base at the start i.e. $20,000. Because of apparent risk factors. However, if you're thinking of shorting ZULU at $0.35 near the year lows with all the developments in the works, you really should get your head checked.
