Well ... LOL been waiting on this one to crop up ... the so called ex officers and/or affiliates are no problem ... LOL .. let them take the stand and tell how it works or even simply what it is ... Let them tell the courts how they invented or designed the information in the patent. Where is all the money that was supposed to be raised to do the development? LOL ... that will be a hoot. As far as someone with deep pockets they have to have that is the same with any unfair advantage ... That is not unique ... They have done everything they know legal to prevent this from advise of caounsel. There is no guaranttee. However the legal counsel has covered every possible base and crack covered. If you know of a loop hole please let me or Arcon ... speak up. GB
