david, mu is down, say 75% from its high. is the sox down that much? of course not. not even close. for you to say that mu hasn't gone down while the sox has gone up is not accurate. not even close. i don't see the sox going up. the glut conditions that are killing dram is also affecting many other companies. however, many chippies won't be in bankruptcy court in 9 months if nothing changes. that is why mu is worse off. they very well may be in bankruptcy court. if the sox goes up and the dram glut continues then mu will go down. however, as we all well know, there are often market disconnects with reality and it may take longer than i would expect. but it will happen, nonetheless. good luck.
