SPTK - A return to the days of old?

Remember when the SI boards used to out-DD the rest of the investment community and we had the chance to buy stocks BEFORE the news hit? Try this one:

Spintek Gaming Technology

SPTK makes a patented hopper weighing system, which can help track what is in the hoppers of slot machines. They have had good news lately, but little price change. The customers wanted an interface to the Bally's accounting software. A few weeks ago, they creeped up to 75 cents without news because they had finished an interface. But the customers wanted more, and the stock price drifted back to the low .50s.

Those who know can verify that the state of Nevada requires two signatures on the fill slips for every slot machine. This means one person working and the other watching. Well guess what? The Nevada State Gaming Commission is voting next Tuesday on whether SPTK's AccuHopper system can replace the second signature! If so, then SPTK's system will become standard equipment in all slots machines.

The spread has been from 1 to 3 cents lately. The upside is at least back to 75 cents as soon as next Tuesday, and the downside is quite small.
