After I had completed my DD I entered. I decided to listen to the CC in Jan(?) where PCMS was questioned by many of the analysts regarding their inability to finance deals. PCMS management said they would be securing third party financing as soon as possible. At the latest CC they had not secured that financing. While I don't think this is reason for the sell off that is occuring, it may have provided fuel to the fire. ht david
