I got a human. After closing they use an answering service. During the day when my request was taken for the packet, the person said he would "pass it on to them." That could mean anything, investor relations, or the guy that answered the phone may not have worked for JAXI and just shared an office and will be passing on the message, etc. I agree, if you feel like you have been taken you should report it. But I doubt the SEC will do anything. Why? Because their goal is not to get our money back. They have to pick and choose which cases they will take to the high volume of complaints. I did it with VCAR when it jumped 100% a week before good news and did not move at all the day the news came out. I got zip from the SEC. George
