I recall following this bunch for about a year now been in and out of it many times....They are not the same company anymore they had problems with the old CEO from what I had gathered ...The ceo was charging excessive backcharges to the company and he had a lawsuit against him by the company itself including racketeering charges. Well he is gone there wood products is gone.....The reason they got delisted is because they would,nt accept the charges from the Ceo they said they were profitable and it was because of the CEO charging excessive backcharges against the company was the main reason they did,nt report a profit..So the Ceo and the other main shareholders fought back causing everything to be delayed resulting in the Company being delisted....I think that the company is now positioned to make a great comeback.....It lacks credibility right down...
