Ron,
The inability of the RMCW investor to live up to his contractual obligation may have been very amusing to you. To myself and RMIL shareholders, the promised dates came & went, and left us, like critics of RMIL, looking for answers. To date Puhr still is insisting to RMIL he will be in Florida soon to finalize the merger.
I , like Riley, the 2 you seem to wish to discredit, are apathetic aboct RMCW/Puhr proclamations and look forward to alternative merger/aquistion(s) RMIL is working on.
For you, one who has hyped a company of which you are a limited partner, for which you were interrogated by the SEC, is quite humorous . Myself and Riley are shareholders and we shared what we had learned. If Puhr was unable to fullfill his promises, to date, and you wish to paint that as us hyping a $.19stock to a $4.25 stock, go ahead...it reveals much about you.
I am long RMIL and own every share I ever bought on Name form.

As far as RMIL, please recall you emailed me that you never performed diligence on RMIL . I on the other hand have. Just yesterday I spoke at length with the CEO of another company I hold a long position in. His experience with Mork is that he is/was an arrogant SOB that, IHO, would stop at nothing to get his way. He cited example of Morks 'character' which are consistent with what we have witnessed.
To dismiss Mork, after shareholders have been supeonaed, he has admitted to hiring guys to slam RMIL on S.I., his fradulent press releases, his association with a broker who used to post here who admitted he told Mork to get rid of the guys he hired to slam RMIL on S.I. and allow him to "take-over", his association with his accomplice Zappara, his web-site to spread misinformation, his non-attendance to depositions he served folks to appear at, his offer to Morgan to have Morgan do a split, give Mork the company and allow Mork to pay Morgan off, his association with the old CEO of OVIS and their 'arrangement' with CEA shipping and Morks aircraft company, Morks spoonfed newspaper articles......seems the country club life and Vegas friends , the failure of IMAL to perform well , the chain smoking, is having a cumulative effect on Mork. IMO, his arrogance will do him in, IMO, he depends on guys with character flaws to rally to his aid. Speaking with those who have experience with Mork will enlighten you to the personality-type Mork attracts.
I'm aware the 10K is being audited, I'm aware RMIL is holding the door open to Puhr even tho' working to complete other deal(s). Yes, the civil case with Mork accounts for much of the delay, no doubt. RMIL is slow to move with this legal cloud over their head, but refuses to settle with Mork, its' extortion.
I also know the float is about in Name, with the cert list lately going under much scrutiny and revision for accuracy and authenticity in cert numbers, etc.
So Ron, admittingly you've done no DD on RMIL, you amuse me by being a master hyper and proclaiming loudly me & Riley are hypesters. In fact, in one of my last posts elsewhere I told investors, I AM NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE BUY RMIL in the pinks, it is a VERY RISKY investment !
You are famous for being verbose and you love to pontificate, I wait for the day when you finally have something to say.
