Interesting that Gehl filed a registration statement on May 5 stating that Dahl was offering 130,000 share for sale and then this filing reveals that he started buying more stock around April 20 (after apparantly not buying any since around August of last year)

Almost appears that he wanted to drive the price down so he could buy more at a lower price.....which is basically what happened.

Got to wonder what he knows??

With a company this small there is a lot of room for manipulation of the price by a few large holders. Recent price action has been UNUSUAL IMO.
