RE: "Bill Gates Replies" --To the Faithful

But, is this really a reply? Or is it just more lame marketing talk?

In my mind, a worthy reply would be a categorical (point by point) confrontation to the specific charges in the very language of the charges, rather than a warm and fuzzy pep talk for the faithful.

Bill should at least show us that he understands the charges brought against his company from the other side's point of view!

I do not think a self-serving and controversially generalized warp of the other side's position is going to win the day. Is this because there really is no defense? The DOJ and the Courts need to be talked to in their own language, and duely diligent share holders need to hear it too.

Does anybody think a judge will entertain any testimony not directly related to the charges brought?

Legal charges call for a legal defense!

Hal

PS: Sadly, this press release has got me humming:

"Bad Boys, Bad Boys, What You Gona' Do. What Cha Gona' Do When They Come For You?!"

For God's sake Bill, what are you going to do?
