Just being truthful about the situation, there is alot going on behind the scenes just as Novice Bob and others are doing.
I havent really wanted to give away our strategy because of the reasons I posted.

I will say this I am feeling a little better about the situation with Cleve, so I will at least get the new lawyer pointed in the right direction today. I will tell him the situation and what I personally have to work with, and then its THEIR choice.

But those of you that choose to contribute, send what you can afford, its none of our business and you know better than anyone what it is.
Everyone has taken a beating on this stock, and I understand that.

As to will this money ever come back to us? I cant promise it will, but we stand a much better chance by doing it this way than by doing nothing at all. Personally from what I can tell there is a better than 80% chance it will, but anything can happen.

No one will be bothered or asked again unless we really get in a knock down drag out and over spend the retainer check I am sending the new Lawyer.
