Well, I guess I Had my facts wrong... I do remember seeing a post on here stating that Eric was not for the reverse split, but then again, you guys seem to have your facts in order and I do not.. sorry about that... (i'm going to have to dig up that post). I thought the management of the company owned more than 5%, but again, I was wrong about that too.. I Should read the financial tablesa bit more closely... I guess it's a good thing they only have 5% of the amot of the shares out there... this means if enough shareholders vote against it, we're in good shape. Thanks for setting me straight. Dennis.
