Gary,
while I like how the story is unfolding, I still wonder why Mr. Fisher jerked around such a short time before the whole DF-144 project is about to unleash. This doesn't make sense. What do You think was his motivation. He could have been rich in the end, now he is heading for jail. Was there something else in his record that would prevented him from participating in Arcon's success story otherwise ?
