Arcon/Midalnd patent(s) ?
Arcon/Midland discovered a process for producing a new fuel additive which they named DF-144.
Arcon/Midland then "acquired" the world wide patents to the multiple processes which it takes to produce DF-144.
I could not disclose (after extensive patent research) if anyone currently involved with Arcon/Midland was or is an original assignee of any one of the patents acquired by Arcon/Midland to produce DF-144.
HOPEFULLY, Arcon/Midland has acquired and now holds ALL of the patents referencing all of the the processes which it takes to produce DF-144.
The only possible way an infringement suit could be brought against Arcon/Midland would be if someone (more then likely an original assignee of a patent) proves that his/her process was used illegally (without assignment)by Arcon/Midland to produce DF-144.
IMO... Arcon/Midalnd should have patents pending to protect DF-144's formula (which would be restricted information and unobtainable until a specific time period expires) and have registered DF-144 as a trademark with the federal government.
I suppose you could relate this to say, the music industry. A song is published and recorder by a certain artist and a few years later someone comes out of the woodwork as says, "Hey I wrote those words when I was on a deserted island in 1958, I want compensation."
I hope this helps explain what's taken place within Arcon/Midland and the patents for DF-144. I also hope that this information is accurate,
