Dorel also trades on NASDAQ. I just noticed this recently (their symbol is DIIBF) and dug up the announcement of their listing, which occurred in early May/98: fin-info.com This appears to be a positive development, as it further expands the range of investors who are likely to consider Dorel. Moreover, it exposes Dorel to the U.S. market, where PE multiples for companies in this industry sector (and particularly ones with stellar growth records such as Dorel) receive the respect that they deserve, to a greater extent than in the Canadian market.
