Doesn't E TRADE have a lot of little charges for things like limit orders and stuff.

E*Trade $14.95 listed (NYSE or AMEX) market orders, $19.95 listed limit orders, nasdaq or bulletin board trades. These fares are good for online or phone trades. $15 broker assist charge if you need one. And for listed orders over 5000 shares add $0.01 per share, so for a listed order over 7000 shares, you're better off doing 2 trades commission-wise. Nasdaq and BB are unlimited and still just $19.95.

So, in other words, Datek has them beat hands down. BUT BUT, Datek does not trade BB stocks for better or worse. Also, if you trade options, E*Trade is very good with options and has probably the best commission structure available.

This E*Trade IPO thing sounds kinda sexy. May have to check this out.
