Three observations:

Kramer is a short term trader, and his decision making process is heavily weighted by stock movement.

As others have already said, Kramer's statement about ease of entry is backed by leadership from Maxtor, which was written off, and IBM, who was not really considered a player.

Kramer is a firm believer in the theory of buying only when everybody thinks the stock is dead, even though it isn't. Could he be becoming his own contrary indicator?
