Just got my Annual Report. Careful reading will pay off in good info about the limitations on the Permits and what has to be done in order to keep them. Most require drilling in the next two years. Bodes well for us shareholders.

I do think this outfit is on a straight and narrow path now with respect to NASD/NASDAQ and VSE. Lots of good info in the Annual, and pretty clear intent in the Meeting Report.

However, I am not voting for the release of more option stock for insiders!
