SPTK - Buy ahead of the news?

The Nevada State Gaming Commission is voting next Tuesday on whether to allow Spintek's Accuhopper system to be used in Nevada to verify how many coins were placed in the hopper of a slot machine. Presently 2 signatures are required on each fill slip. The vote will allow a single signature, with the Accuhopper system acting as the second signature. This represents a potential windfall to casinos who will no longer require two people to fill slot machines. SPTK already has agreements with Bally's and IGT, all they need is approval.

The stock jumped from the mid .50's to 75 cents last month on no news, but has drifted back. My guess is that the system was perfected at that time and "quasi"-insiders bought in, only to learn that there was one more approval before the system could be widely employed. The jump back to 75 cents could happen quickly.
