I don't know how you come to that conclusion but give me a break. If they do prove an economic deposit, and make plans for a mine, do you really think they will have trouble raising money? I don't think so. Anyway, I don't think it would ever come to that. Debeers would most likely make an offer to buy them out before plans for a mine were even laid out on the table. They would want total control and would not risk giving some of it up to someone else. They would probably tender the offer early to possibly buy them out at a cheaper price, or so they would hope.
