Dear David: It was dropped.However,the accountants insisted that we had to report the vote because it was withdrawn in the middle of the vote.Be assured that it was WITHDRAWN! I personally came out of the Muller Media meetings to address this issue.Hopefully I will have some very good newsfor you before THanksgiving. Best Joe
