Jann-- I acquired a couple of shares in the MMM spinoff, and added a few more on the open market (23 1/2). It is still a very small position, and because so little information is available I consider it to be speculative. On the plus side, this is a $2 billion company that is almost unknown. Management is capable, experienced. Core business(es) appear well established in their niches. The wild card in all this is the LS-120. If this product is successful, the stock price could move far and fast. And what is fair valuation for IMN? I wish I knew. On balance, though, I think you're ahead of the herd by even being aware of this generally unkown company. Paul
