I used the figure that was given to me as an average. I have not seen the contract, and don't know what costs will be involved. All I know is that we had 10 year contract, why 5? You want the single soldiers to pay for the installation, so we have to make money on them. The key was the 10 year contract, to have cash flow that other C-LEC do not have.
